Who wins: a techinician with no creativity, or a creative person with no/limited technical skills?

but in the market or in the field work the management or the Responsible person prefer the technician with or without creativity skills.
Because he will follow the company plan in the work.

I think the creative person with limited technical skills would win because one can simply always learn the technical skills but no one can learn to be creative or its hard to be. I take the technician as a machine, he would just do as said no creativity. And mostly its the CREATIVE director who tells him what to do so he can apply! Thats whya creative person is irreplaceable. 

True, & i totally agree with that, but in the market place, they often either loose or get a tie !

In my opinion The creative person with limited technical skills, he have ability to innovation and creativity stimulated to increase his skill and expansion
