I dont think it is acceptable to discuss these publicaly. I believe that every one should know these issues to work on improving his/her weaknesses or eliminate them as mush as possible.

everybody has strengths and weaknesses that make his/her life proceed in a positive or negative way and everyone should fully understand how to use his/her strengths and weaknesses in the right way so that he/she can succeed in his/her life and we should know that there is nobody perfect and everybody has areas that need to be improved. It is not shame for anyone to say that he has a flaw, but it will be a shame if he knows his flaw and does not work to improve it. We have to improve our strengths and work on our weaknesses to achieve successful goals in our life. For me, I am an ambitious and sometimes too sensitive person and I can consider my sensitivity as my flaw.
