How do I determine Target Monthly Salary in UAE without knowing the Standard of Living?

I am freelance Graphic and Web Designer from Calcutta, India. Here in India, I am earning on an average a monthly income of USD 650. How can I determine the Target Monthly Salary in UAE without having known the expenditures for my living, food and travelling costs? Please help.
