What is the difference between Cisco 640-802 and 640-803?

there is no640-803 exam that officially released from Cisco "as far as iknow"

Sorry It was a mistake it should be 200-120 CCNA ( NOT640-803)

Infact the currewnt CCNA is200-120, this includes completes routing and switching,

if you want to do in teo part yopu have to take100-101 ICND1 and100-201 ICND2

The CCNA640-803 exam may be a revision for640-802 (like a beta version) but it's still not known at world scale.
