Yes iam effective employee , because always i love to learn new skills and new things in MS Office , 

My skills in MS Office come from my ability to learn and keep and on learning. I am always in search of new skills and as such am always trying to find new and quicker ways to accomplish tasks.

This translates to my MS Office skills as my work is Neet, Organized, Well Presented and Easily Accessible.

I can rate my skills, in MS Office tools , while i am working is 100%.

Agreed with Qasim.Same is my experience.I hope Microsoft also has Office Expert type of online certification, which could be done individually, or recommended by organisation.
