the best and most limitless results can be achieved by actually programming.
But it's very very long learning curve.
I would recommend using Wordpress rather than Joomla.

It is better not to re-invent the wheel, so if you think that there is a CMS (e.g.
Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal) out there that can meet your requirements or can be customized/extended to fit with it then I recommend you to go for it and not to build it yourself.

Well I prefer to use HTML & PHP programming language to build and design a website than Joomla or anything else it takes long time to learn and build but it's better

The choice depends upon the situation1.If you are an experienced programmer and you need fast development of project then go with content management system.2.If you don't familiar with basic web programming. Then i wont recommend CMS.Because you need to customize the CMS according to your client's need3.I personally prefer Drupal over Joomla.Because Drupal comes form pure developer community and Joomla comes from partial developer community. So in terms of security drupal is better.
Happy coding!

a) Have your local development environment (LAMP, WAMP, XAMPP)

b) Learn PHP - use PHP framework

c) For Content-Management-Systems (CMS) my suggestion is use "wordpress".

d) Target "Responsive" web-apps to easily enter into Mobile Technologies.

for me the choice of a linguage largely depends on the domain of each.

because each linguage boasts enough features for a good result with or without difficulty but what matters is a satisfactory result.

with the question, I prefer Joomla because I field a bit with PHP and HTML, I can create my pages or my CMS involving PHP, HTML and Joomla.

i think a good web devlopeur is able to programe web page with php or with joomla ....
but joomla is not good when you tray to do some fonction and algoritme ......
with php you can think in different way and do what you wanna really do
