In work, do you prefer the data bases to make your work efficient or people?? describe how do you manage your work??
It depends on type of work.
For example, in sales you have to deal with customers ( people ) and add the feedback in database, so you will need both.
In accounting then you will only need database with no need to deal with people in some how unless for salaries.
It depends on nature of work whether it is evaluated by quality or quantity. Both are essential to meausre the efficiency and effectiveness. For example, if anyone works with sales department, fiquare will be a tool to measure performance. I belief that combination of quality and quantity will be best indicators to measure the effective performance in any posiions.
Its completely depends on the nature of Job..

data is the king. It could be analyse to get brilliant outcomes which could not be attained without people.
we like to deal with out data because it can easy to do as fast and presentation . some time we have to use data such as price list and un available product. data presentation must have to influance the customer.
Unlike in the past, data mining has become critical for all functions as all strategic decisions are based on the anaysis of data. However, the importance and use of data will depend on the nature of job. Based on the nature of job a balance has to be obtained.
The both are important it may be vary in view of the work size and nature.
