I have been doing a consultancy contracts for big companies in North America like Time Warner Telecom, Telus Communication, Shaw Communication etc. Would it be a good idea for me to return back and work in the middle east like Qatar, Dubai, Saudi etc. If so how would i be considered
No. You may get better salary but working in America is better than working in ME.
Working for Anti Fraud is a profession considered important worldwide, there is no necessity that u work from a particular area to prevent fraud unless and until u are unhappy with your current package or u miss your hometown. Actually, it depends on individual. Some people like to work in ME because they meet their requirements but these requirements won't work for others. So, if you have such qualifies in ME than NA, you should go and work there.
