what you think is the best way to gain experience in this field? by working in international process or the domestic process?

Hi, it depends on what you have your eyes set on for the future, I believe.
If international process call centers pay better salaries in your country and provide better working conditions and career growth, you should aim for that, and vice versa.

i guess you have to work with people with high expertise wither they are in domestic or international firm .
