I had been working for R&D engineer and within6 months I had been promoted to be R&D manager then I took charge of building a new department to make cost control , really it was the greatest challenge in my life because I was working in such a culture which does not believe at all in cost control I faced a lot of problem , restrictions and obstacles that could make any one fail and this what made me go ahead in focusing on my targets without taking in considerations all these negative energy and within one year I build a full team and full system for cost control that made the chairman take a decision to promote me to be PMO manger and spread the system I made for cost control all over the group of factories all over the company and now I have4 department in different factories
to let something that my followers can use
