2.3 prepare the lubrication manual and determine those people who are responsible to do it
2.4 define the inspection routine and ask your people to inspect the lubrication program frequently
2.5 continually check the rotary devices in terms of temperature and vibration
and finally recommend you to use automatic lubricators for critical equipment. (continious lubrication).
