Every Developing Nation has One Major Question. Its the Future of Growing Un-Employed Youths. How can We Generate the Employment for them ?

The Major portion of future happiness depends upon the satisfied lifestyle of the present. So, as a citizen to one of major developing countries, i usually saw a large bunch of unemployed youths. The Hire Authorities claims the present youth has very lesser skills . But my questionable thought is that If the youths can't have access to get skilled throgh any reason, and seek for employment, then who is responsible for make them trained professionals , who can become responsible for growth of both industrial and social. Therefore, my question arises that as an inspiring youth, can we clubbed the bulk of employment to the persons who need it and ready to vow the inprovement of their society? I think this question should remains in the air till the last unemployed guy on earthwill get their full-fleged employment.
