A.4 is the right answer.

Group them in4 numbers each. Add first two & multiply the rest two, the results are equal.

17+8=5*5,

13+7=5*4,

6+12=6*3,

so10+6=4*?. Obviously now, ?=4.

the answer is en 4 because it is 17,8,5,5 which all add up to 35 and 13,7,5,4 all add up to 29 and 6,12,6,3 add up to 27 and 10,6,4,4 which all add up to 24.
