Is it necessary to have typing speed 25 to 35wpm for swift(fast) office work or just type with 2 by 2 fingers?

In order to work swiftly in bank when the clerk(teller) needs our data, in my office(my supervisor) for reports / records they have to be in a high speed to finish off the typing / data entering job in just1 or2 minutes where the next customer / junior staff be will waiting for their turn at that time2 by2 finger typing makes think how professional is the bank clerk or my supervisor.

In this day and age, the average minimum typing speed is 40 WPM. It is important to have structure for your typing skills to be more efficient. Touch typing helps a lot in improving your typing speed compared to the "hunt and peck" technique. There are a lot of online resources nowadays to learn typing 101 and improve your typing speed so there is no excuse for slow typers. As with all things, practice makes perfect.
