Well

once i was orderd to make a deal about making a huge festival with a customer wanted our excprience to make this festival

w

he told me all what he want to make in that festival then we agreed about some main points about it

in the last second he changed his mind about some basic points that cannot ever change about our deal

i talked to my team and request a meeting for all of us to get over this sitiuation

then we agrred that we will do what he want but with some terms to benefit and get benefit

after some time we could convince him about our terms and also to do what he want

and we could get over this sitituation

i learnt to prepare myself at any moment that the customer may suddenly change his mind about some main points

:)
