Self-actualization-its all about the attitude of a person that was developed while he is growing up
because this got something to go with morality,problem solving,creativity etc. this is the ultimate goal of an individual.
Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is a psychological theory presented by Abraham Maslow in his paper The Theory of Human Motivation in 1943 in the Psychological Review of Science. [1] Maslow then expanded his idea to include his observations on innate human curiosity. His theory follows the branch of developmental psychology which studies the development and growth of man during the various stages of his life. This theory discusses the order of human needs and describes the motivations that drive it. These needs are summarized in: physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, need for appreciation, and the need for self-realization.
Maslow studied human specimens described as "ideal" such as Albert Einstein, Jane Adams, Eleanor Roosevelt, and Frederick Douglas, rather than studying troubled or ill people. [2] Maslow also studied 1% of healthy university students. [3] He explained his theory fully and in detail in his book "Motivation and Personality" in 1954. [2] Over time, the theory became famous and widely used in sociology, management and teaching at secondary and tertiary levels. [4]

An individual who suffers from periods of non-fulfillment of physiological needs may wish in the future when he is able to satisfy these needs to overfeed them. For example, when a poor person becomes rich, most of his expenses are spent on eating, drinking and marriage.

After satisfying the physiological needs and safety, the third layer shows the social needs, including:
Emotional Relationships

(Eg, clubs, religious groups, professional organizations, sports teams), small social connections (family, intimate partners, teachers and close colleagues), the need for love (sexual and non-sexual) of others, In the absence of these elements many people become vulnerable to anxiety, social isolation and depression.
Need for appreciation [edit]
Here the focus is on the individual's needs to achieve a high social status, a sense of respect for others and a sense of trust and strength.
Need for self-realization [edit]
In which the individual tries to achieve himself by maximizing the use of his current and potential abilities and skills to achieve maximum achievements.
