I prefer work environment including the following:

Fresh and active administration which interacts with employees and motivates them.

Continuous seminars and workshops.

Always work environment in which love, cooperation and honesty of these traits are prevalent in the environment, this type of work to be successful and work well and not be boring and productivity which at its best

Thank you for inviting me to answer this question :)  As I already knew, most of people prefer respect, motivation, open communication, honest leadership, etc.

Being European, I would say that, beside those above-mentioned I also prefer high standard of company culture

I Enjoy the Capability to Adapt to any Environment am put in to so the environment must find a way to deal with someone like myself

An environment with a little or no dissatisfying factors. A work atmosphere which enable  fill positive energy.
