Actually you should localise your ad more than translate it.
Keep the original idea, but say it the way your local consumer would say it or would like to hear it.
It is probably best to actually rewrite it in the target language than simply translate it, taking into account the local sensitivities, vernacular expressions, and so on.

Absolutely, and make sure when you translate to keep the advertising tone in the target language.

I believe in Advertising ( not just at the conceptualization stage) you should always bear in mind your Target Group i.e.
the audience you are trying to reach out to.
What's the point of launching your brand in an area where people don't grasp the language you're using or extending a global campaign into a country but not using local languages.
Look at the successful Coca Cola campaign of 'Open Happiness' which had been launched globally and every country translated the slogan in their language whilst retaining the jingle in their TV commercials.
Avoid literal translations ( don't just use Google Translate ;) ) as we see across shops and markets in the Arab World but we must appreciate them for the amusement value they provide.
Also keep in mind the cultural interpretations of your texts and info-graphics.
Remember how the Arab readers read right to left.
A campaign about a Western cold drink launched in the Arab World showed three photos: first of a man lying exhausted in the desert , second a photo of the drink and third, his rejuvenated self.
This was considered a disaster and the campaign flopped.
Yes, we can talk about common sense and that not all Arab readers are inclined to viewing graphics in that particular manner but nonetheless this was considered a faux pas in the Advertising sector.

As far as the advertising text carrying a special meaning and the text must be penetrative so that it works well so it can not be a normal text so it is not easy to understand for all and a translation has to be done because some people may take a wrong meaning from the texyts.

you want the people to understand what the text is saying.
No point in having an English AD if the people can not understand what it says.
So, yes, translation is important.
But it's also important to get the correct translation.
Figures of speech don't translate well, so an original statement will have to be used instead of a translation.
Also, mistakes in translation can do damage to the image of the company.
