There are four basic needs for success in small business which one is the most important: a. sound management practices b. industry experience c. technical support d. planning ability.
What i know about success is when you ought to do something and you do it, that's your success. There is no as such secret recipe for success but we see some common features in successful people . They are;
1. Luck ---- when it happens to you, identify it and optimize it.
2. Talent ---- If you are not talented for something don’t shy to outsource it
3. Little madness--- some hunger, passion towards your goals.
4. Ripd growth field ---- either generate it by creating opportunities OR identify opportunities. Invest in the fields where there is opportunity to grow.
When it comes to Fortune500s to be what they are now , they have developed some values and they are delivering those values in every aspect. Those values are Happiness , Success , Wisdom, Simplicity & Creativity.
d. planning ability.
Industry Experience : People with less educational knowledge but having good industry experience are running their business successfully.
Reason : It’s about ground battle not about video game.

Well there is no clear-cut success formula for succeeding in business. If there was one, we would never hear stories of business failure. But if we take a peep into the history of all successful business organizations, we will find close similarities in their methods of operation in the initial years.
but important thing is giving our self business advices for example:-
Develop a desire to break away from the crowd.
Find your niche.
Learn from your mistakes, and try to avoid repeating them.
Maintain self-discipline.
Be patient.
Be prepared to answer any questions from the customer etc
