Proactiveness is taking initiatives, whereas aggressiveness is taking the final call and going for the kill.

 

Proactiveness Pro's -  Good planning, Project time saved,  foreseeing trouble shooting,

Proactiveness Con's - hesistance, lost of resources in extra planning, Wrong foresee leading to misguidance.

 

Aggressive Pro's -  Firm decisions, Clear directions, Project time saved.

Aggresive COn's - BAD PR sometimes, collegagues irritated by dictating terms, peaking early.
