Are leaders born or built?

It's a mixture of both. There are few leadership qualities people gain while growing since a kid, and nurture based on education and trainings they recieve...

If leadership is a quality which one is born with, then i believe all of us are leaders. Each individual is born with multiple qualities, however the phases and challenges faced in each ones life brings out the required skill. Leadership as a quality is not only restrained to the learned and well educated. Its a skill that needs exposure and environment to nuture. Those who have an opportunity and will to do so, would find a way to develop and excel in the same.

Hi Sarah, I'm a strong believer that it is a mix of the two, however someone's skills are predominantly created by their surroundings and education. I think by continuous self-improvement through reading, seminars, and further education, people become inherently better at what they want to become better at. Those who lack these 'natural gifts' tend to give up trying a lot earlier than those who are dedicated to achieve their goals.

I believe Leader born to built and run the team..

Leaders are born. Even though we can nurture some. It has to come from ourselves no matter we have the training or not. Finally it depends are we ready to lead .we can see honing the skills will not last longer until he /she has the potential as well as willingness

Only3% is borned because genes but its not mean that u aren't leader if ur father wasn't :D,

Actually we have learn and see moree moree in our life that's fair enough to get u a leader but the question here is... How and how time it takes.

The point that we agreed in..that is not easy may its hard but make sure isn't impossible.

Bothe are correct, and hard work can make miracles.

Leaders are discovered among the teamwork and by gaining the practical leadership they become experienced leaders or usper leaders.

 

Training in specific leadership challenges necessary to grow up their skills and decision making in proper time.

Leaders are both however the born leaders have to be built to sharpen their skill and only3% of leaders are born the97% of others are built either by being nurtured from child hood or being educated to be one 

Both are truth 50% he achieve from naturally and another 50% achieve from surounding envirnment.if anyone can imagination and also can inspire himself then he can be leader automatically.
