No.
My integrity and character is upmost importance to me.
If a boss would dare request that I steal then its not someone I wish to work for.
I would never be able to operate effectively in that position.

Off course, I will follow my conscience and REPORT TO THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT and Compliance officer immediately to take disciplinary action against such boss. 

100% no - Report him.  If you get involved all fingers will eventually point to you and your boss will never support you.  He is a bad or desperate person - do not get involved
