What's The Difference Between Evaluation And Performance Measurement?

Evaluation means verify the quality of end result of the work whether it is doing right manner or not. On the other hand, performance measurement means the rating the employees' work how is it done and whether it is completed or not.

Sir according to  me performance measurement is the measurement of productivity of the emploee. Evaluation of the work done would also look into the quality of work done. Wheter the quality of the work done is upto the mark has to be determined along with productivity.
