I am trying to configure APC 5K UPS with Putty using a serial cable , but its not accessible, i tried 1200, 2400 bits per second no success,any ideas?‎

If 2400 does not work, 9600 bits per second should work, with the following settings; 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit and no flow control.
