UAT projects has a different characteristics than development projects, what are the major measurements for reporting the the UAT projects status?‎

the UAT has a special characteristics which it isn't a development nor a live project, so which measurements should be considered‎

QC samples deos not represent except itself, to build the quality inside product; GMP regulations must be assured to be followed by QA.
