the main case lead us to recover the database is Physical File Corruption

Startup ASE in Unix need the following files -  interfaces - Configuration File ( .cfg ) - Run File ( RUN_Instance Name )

1- database is marked suspect 2- start up of sybase fails 3- damage in database devices 4- correption in sybase files

I think HANA is using as in SAP HANA Servers, but in previous SAP it is using SQL
