We can create fun sessions in between training timely refreshments & breaks can be given to the employees.

The Instructor/Trainer can manage his fatigue/stress by the time management. he should mange his time.

Fatigue and Stress are just emotions or mere perceptions of the mind which is controlled when the magic hat is filled with knowledge and tricks.
