When I first arrived to the UAE, I was very disappointed and depressed as I was unemployed for over 18 months. I did the usual registration routine with various employment agencies, but nothing happened. I began browsing the Net in hopes of finding an avenue that could lead me to something more positive. I came across Bayt.com in the Aquarius magazine and decided to take a look at what they had to offer.

I immediately registered with Bayt, followed all the helpful tips on how to construct an eye-catching CV and cover letter, and had faith I would find a job soon. I received weekly notices on job openings and updates from Bayt.com regarding job postings in my fields of interest. The best part was the ability to track my job search progress - how many employers viewed and searched my CV.

A few weeks later, the HR team from Offsets contacted me. After a number of telephone conversations with them, I met with the HR manager, who presented me with an offer to join Offsets full time. She informed me that they had found my CV on Bayt.com. Following my meeting with her, my decision was made to join the Offsets family.

I am so very thrilled now! I have come to be very happy and settled in my job, which is varied - I coordinate the training for the entire company, and it is very rewarding. It is fulfilling to fit in so well with such a wonderful group of people, and to enjoy each day's work. I honestly look forward to waking up each working day to say that I'm going to have fun at work today!
