I was hired through Bayt.com. It worked for me when I least expected it. And that is when it really counts. I'll tell you how...

I heard about Bayt.com through a friend, who recommended it as a great job hunting tool. I never believed that anyone could find a job 'online,' but a couple of days later, while surfing the Internet, I remembered to check out the site. And I liked it.

I ran several searches related to my field and read the matching jobs. They all seemed real and recently posted. The next day I became a registered user and posted my CV in 20 minutes. I was challenging myself to find an interesting match. Within a 3-month period, I applied to 5 positions. During that time, I was actively looking for a job change. I had gone to all the recruitment agencies in town and filled out their forms, but had no results from them to show for all my efforts. I was actually on the verge of quitting and going back home for a long break...to get away from things. I was that frustrated!

Finally, and through Bayt.com, I landed a great job with a great company. And the process was fast, easy, and effective. Before I was going nuts... now I have a big smile! And I did manage to go away for a whole month knowing that a new exciting position awaited me upon my return.

Today, I could not be more satisfied at work. I am challenged to excel everyday, and the advancement route and the future is very promising. As with any new job everything changes, and for me those changes were all positive, a total upgrade: a higher salary and more hours to spend with family and friends.
