Finance Manager - Prop Trading Program

We use the latest technologies to give traders seamless access to our proprietary trading platforms. We're currently on the lookout for a Finance Manager to join our team based in Dubai. This integral role will be a part of our new business line, which centers around our funded trader programs. Our specialty lies in pioneering evaluation programs and challenge accounts for aspiring traders, alongside providing funding to successful clients emerging from our evaluation process. This program offers traders a platform to showcase their talent and potential, with those who pass our challenges can earn attractive profit splits. Our ethos revolves around transparency, fairness, and support. We're committed to empowering traders to achieve their financial aspirations and thrive in the competitive trading landscape. In this role, we seek a Finance Manager who will analyze day-to-day financial activities. You'll be an integral member of our financial team, overseeing all functions related to business unit reporting and control. Continuously striving to enhance profitability and financial accountability will be at the core of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial controls and processes including revenue recognition, invoicing, accounts receivables, accounts payables, general ledger management and income tax preparation Consolidate budgets, forecasts, and assess the financial performance and communicate potential risks / operational goals Prepare detailed management accounts, metrics reports and drive overall financial goals Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements by providing accurate reconciliation data. Maintain up-to-date accounting policies, procedures, and files Develop global monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecast reports Track all departmental budgets and work with the company leadership to ensure consistency Collaborate with global department leaders to develop company-wide budgets Assist in managing the relationships with banking, financial institutions, vendors, etc. Assist in preparing for Audit Reviews with outside auditing staff

Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline 5+ years’ experience in senior financial management with a successful track record in Trading Operations, Financial, or Capital Markets Professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA required Strong analytical and data-interpretation abilities Experience with annual audits and prep Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, capable of prioritizing, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines Microsoft Excel, skills require (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot tables, complex formulas, macros) Sun Accounting Systems* PowerPoint, general ledger systems (SAP)
