Manage cases from quotation to delivery including billing (invoices, credit notes, debit notes...) as well as the consideration of any specific international payment terms.


Support in maintaining Install Base information accuracy & escalate info when needed.


Manage day-to-day customer communications proactively and effectively to ensure the finest customer experience.


Effectively communicate with all internal business partners to ensure customer needs are met in an organized, professional, and timely fashion.


Provide activation codes for calibration to customers and escalate cases when needed.


Achieve specific targets/metrics assigned from either a personal or team objective perspective.


Ensure good cross service’s communication & interaction.


Lead continuous improvement of processes and continuously meet or exceed standard performance goals as established by Service Coordination Manager.


Contribute to growing department capabilities which may include assisting to build more scalable processes, supporting documentation and/or metrics needs, improving quality...


Actively seek and identify new approaches to enhance business processes also adapt to implementation of such new approaches and processes in our continuous evolving business environment.


Ensure training for newcomers.


Monitor & maintain KPIs.


Monitor stocks and combine orders to reduce costs.


Facilitate the shipment of our products and handle any kind of shipments with integrators, carriers, forwarders.


Create and update country specificities with import/export process (Incoterms, specific instructions, carriers to be used…)


Familiar with SAP (or similar ERP System)



Fluent English & Russian (written and oral) is required (additional languages would be an advantage – French
