1. Comment on Middle East Rents Eat Into Regional Paychecks
In order for a country to grow and be prosperous, the cost of living must be sustained with proper formulas in order to adjust any price increases. I have heard of the high cost of living in Dubai, and I certainly believe some correction must be done or will be done in the next few years. With rate increases of 10% or more and salaries not going up, the salaries of the workers will shrink and they will find other options of immigrate or moving elsewhere. It seems in Dubai Capitalism is playing a big factor but sooner or later economical fallout could arise.
