Excellent advice summed up and simplified. I'm in the middle of a tranistion ad am doing just that, it helps to know I'm on the right track, I cant say that I've had many callers but I've had some and will do my best to specialize my CV according to the wanted job but not only that I'll also need different attitude and expectations in interviews.
