STARTING A NEW JOB:-
The advice on 'Listen': 'A good idea in your first days on the job is to listen more and talk less. You have a lot to learn and you don’t want to alienate people or rub them the wrong way by being over-ebullient or over-aggressive before you are familiar with the office politics and the new dynamics and know the different players.' The aforementioned advice is so very helpful and full of wisdom which undoubtedly leads, if one follows this excellent advice, to a harmonious working environment which would pay dividends all round and one that I am going to use as my 'touchstone' as it were. Thank you for this superb advice.
