I am a job seeker and keep on reading various career and job related articles on Bayt as well as other sites.Let me tell you that this article on salary negotiation skills is the best and the most detailed i have come across so far.I read this article every time i go for an interview and find it pretty useful.I've even referred this article to my family and friends.

2. Comment on Starting a New Job
I find articles at Bayt and in particular this article to be very useful.I best liked the advice of talking less and listening more in the first few days at the new job.At times in our over-enthusiam and to prove ourselves, we start talking a lot in the few first days at our new jobs and this might actually create a wrong impression with the boss as well as the colleagues.
