A good article, I must say.
I have worked in HR and IT domains for the past three decades in India and abroad with MNCs and reputed Indian companies at very senior levels.
I strongly believe that while educational background gives an entry, it is the EQ that takes an employee to the top.
My definition of IQ and EQ are Integrity & Intelligence quotient and Emotional & Ethics quotient.
