1. Comment on Questions to Ask the Interviewer
Bayt this is great, but you should also have a list of questions one should NOT ask at a first interview. The first question a candidate asked me not too long ago was 'what are the work hours' - I didnt think that was very appropriate as we all work very hard in our company and very few adhere to the fixed company hours. Your questions are much more appropriate.

2. Comment on The Thank You Letter
I just interviewed someone last month who went stoen cold after the interview - no thank you, no phone call, nothing. Needless to say I wont be hiring him. Employers want enthusiastic interested polite people as this article rightly states. Thank you bayt for everything.

Thank you Bayt this is wonderful! I personally prefer to chose a company where Im a big fish in a small pond but everyone has to go through these steps and figure out what works best for their temperament. And lifestyle.

I just discovered your Career articles today - great great stuff bayt I' going to read them all!!! Question - what are your rules about sending this stuff to friends and peers and posting them in company blogs???? Please let me know. My CV is online and my company also use bayt to recruit.

True Dina - people tend to leave bad bosses not bad jobs! Poor line management is a big reason many people leave their jobs. Bayt ran some polls about that I remember a while ago.

This is a GREAT quiz - I think many Jobseekers expect bayt.com will actually call them and recommend them to employers. I know I did before today! This quiz makes it clear that bayt.com and other leading recruitment jobsites are just marketplaces for talent. Thanks Bayt - (by the way I''ve had 3 calls from employers already).

I don''t think of changing jobs as ''quitting'' I think of it as moving on to better things. Thats what we need you for Bayt!!!!!
