    About your Job:
    You will be responsible for improving overall aircraft performance and continued airworthiness by providing a front line review of fleet operational performance and making in depth technical recommendation on current and emergent aircraft/fleet issues. You will be expected to improve aircraft availability by providing continuous monitoring of aircraft fleet status and identification of fleet reliability and operational performance issues to formulate a plan for rectification. You will also be responsible for managing all delays and AOG events to minimize operational disruptions. You will ensure that all maintenance on Qatar Executive aircraft is carried out to the highest possible safety and maintenance standards.   In addition, you will ensure the highest standard of support, service and technical dispatch reliability are provided to the Qatar Executive operation in the most productive and cost effective manner while using all available resources at the Technical Department's disposal.  Key accountabilities include:                                                             Operational  * You will be responsible for providing a structured approach to the resolution of technical issues identified by QE maintenance team or the Qatar Airways Operational Control center. This may include complex defects, and/or stakeholder requests. * Provide immediate real time advice to the airline's pilots on interpretation of MEL dispatch and technical guidance during flight. * Liaise with maintenance suppliers at each base to understand and advise on technical issues as they arise. * Provide support and instructions for maintenance activities for the assigned fleet types to Doha Line Maintenance and contracted maintenance providers in support of the Qatar Executive fleet. * Ensure adequate maintenance resources are provisioned for all unscheduled events in a timely manner. * Closely monitor all defects (including Deferred Defects) across the entire fleet by analyzing and suggesting remedial / corrective actions which will enable Qatar Executive Maintenance to effectively utilize available ground time in clearing defects, thereby ensuring a high standard of maintenance utilization of aircraft on a continual basis. * Review data from tech logs, troubleshooting requests and feedback from line stations, to provide troubleshooting guidelines and assistance to Maintenance team for defect rectification. * Provide a structured and methodical approach to resolution of technical issues related to routine and repetitive defects. * Utilize manufacturer's web based analytical tools to effectively manage aircraft defects and minimize/eliminate aircraft delays. * Ensure that all appropriate legislation and company procedures are adhered to in order to ensure that the company remains compliant and aircraft remain airworthy.  Management  * Support and advise on the decision making process as required during shift. * Support AOG situations and ensure all work is performed as per technical data and quality procedures, ensuring availability of adequate resources, spares, tools and equipment. * Ensure the highest quality of technical advice is supplied to the QE Maintenance Team. * Have the ability to influence and work with other departments to produce optimum outcomes for the airline.
    About you:
    To be successful in this role, you will hold an ICAO Type II aircraft maintenance engineer license in B1 or B2 categories or hold a Bachelor's degree preferably in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. You will have minimum of 7 years of job-related experience. You should have atleast two Qatar Executive aircraft type ratings for both the aircraft and the engine types which are Bombardier 605 (CF-34-3B GE), Global Express XRS C (BR-700-710-A2-20 RR), Global 5000 (BR-710-A2-20 RR), Gulfstream 650 ER (BR-700-725A1-

    About Your Job: As the senior bus service agent, you will support in providing service excellence to customers at the airport terminal, and helps create a stress free environment for customers whilst travelling. Support in ensuring total quality service and adhering to safety policy and security standards of the company. Ensures premium passengers receive total quality service and staffs adhere to safety policy and security standards of the company. Accountabilities: * Liaises with check-in, transfer desk, and other related areas for smooth acceptance of passengers. * Assist passengers in all areas * Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit. * Manual manifest * Scrutinise documents prior boarding of passengers onto the bus * Meets and greets passengers * Coordinates with BAHKZ and BAHKK on the departure and arrival of buses. About You: To be successful in this role you will have a high school qualification (e.g. O level, Year 10 min compulsory education). You will have good organisational skills. Must be willing to work in shifts including weekends and night shifts. Fluency in English  and Arabic (Oral and written ) is essential for this role. Knowledge of Amadeus Reservations & DCS will be an added advantage.
