Telemarketing Officer Job - Al Rouya United Company

 Help in growing the size of our databases by Obtaining new potential customers/prospects info from different sources and log them into the system
 Receive customers/prospects enquiries by telephone and/or e-mail, qualify/validate & pass to the sales team.
 Qualify & validate all leads resulting from different Marketing activities and passing them to sales.
 Conduct cold calling to promote GK’s offerings.
 Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and general market surveys in order to obtain customer/market insightful information
 Executing the database integrity project which will lead to a more proper/clean segmented database.
 Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
 Help in gathering competitive info through mystery shopping
 Help in driving traffic on events/seminarsSkills

The main responsibilities are the following
- Generate new/updated records of companies with the objective of increasing Bayt.com's database.
- Ensure growth of quality company lists and email lists for high yielding Marcoms campaigns.
- Check every daily newspaper and business magazines to note down all the leads from new entrants, new projects or expanding companies.
- Check various websites for leads that might have been missed in print.
- Update CRM for all historic interaction with companies.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent telephone skills, must be dependable, self-motivated and possess high energy. Telemarketing experience preferred but not required.
