Strategy Formulation & Implementation
 Participates in the formulation and implementation of the HSE department objectives to ensure the alignment with Al Arrab’s overall strategy.
Policies & Procedures
 Participates in the development of HSE department policies, and procedures and manages the implementation to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
Day-to-Day Management

Specific Accountabilities

 Meets regularly with the management team to update them with the development and improvements in the HSE policies and provide them with the necessary relevant information when needed.
 Identifies potentially hazardous areas continuously to ensure that the HSE policies are updated and safety procedures are assigned.
 Facilitates the implementation of HSE procedures and controls covering across Al Arrab operations ensuring that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
 Leads incident investigation teams to explore root cause of the accidents and provides recommendations to prevent recurrence of accidents.
 Analyses and reviews the near miss reports for incidents to ensure that the proper enhancements and improvements for the HSE systems and processes are suggested developed and implemented.
 Visits sites periodically to ensure compliance with defined standards and initiates investigations to all types of accidents while reporting any non conformances to the management.
 Conducts detailed analysis of all Al Arrab’s operations and new project activities with potentially significant risk, prior to commencement to ensure that the risk is assessed and measures are suggested to control and minimize this risk during implementation.
 Conduct Interviews for all Safety Positions as per Site Safety Requirements

Project Director - Retail Job - Executive Solutions

We are currently representing a leading Developer in the region who are expanding their retail arm, and developing projects in Saudi and the UAE. Ranging from smaller community malls to large malls as part of larger mixed use mega-projects, they are now in the design stage of a number of key projects.

To deliver these retail projects on time and on budget, they now seek three Project Directors to head these developments in each country. Any candidate must have extensive retail experience with either a consultancy or developer, and seen several projects through from inception to completion throughout their career to date. You must also have Middle East experience.

Description du poste :

Le site de production au Maroc produit des équipements techniques sophistiqués destinés à l'exportation vers le marché européen. Il est donc confronté à un enjeu majeur d'amélioration de la qualité des produits, impactant le processus industriel.

Le rôle du/de la Directeur(trice) Qualité consiste à garantir que toutes les actions de l'usine sont conformes aux exigences spécifiées par le Système d'excellence de l'entreprise.

Les missions principales liées à la fonction sont les suivantes :

- Mettre en place une politique cohérente et structurée de la qualité sur les sites, en accord avec la stratégie définie au niveau du Groupe.
- Déployer le système de management QSE en assurant la cohérence entre les différents métiers et les différents sites.
- Décider en concertation avec le Directeur de site des plans d'actions préventifs et correctifs à mettre en oeuvre.
- Mettre en place les règles de contrôle et de management des déviations (non-conformité qualité, comportement vis-à-vis de la sécurité).
- Animer les ingénieurs sécurité, environnement en leur communiquant les orientations de travail.

Au coeur de cet enjeu crucial, le/la Directeur(trice) Qualité mènera des projets d'industrialisation en relation avec l'équipe de développement en amont et travaillera en aval jusqu'à la mise en production en relation avec l'équipe production, en optimisant les performances par la mise en place des méthodes d'amélioration continue et le suivi des indicateurs qualité.
