The Role:

Key functions and accountabilities of this role include:
* Day to day Service & Maintenance activities of Generators inside the branch workshop and the field.
* Correctly diagnose and repair faults.

Job Roles:

Coordinate with, and provide assistance to senior project staff on all commercial and contractual matters as instructed. Review interim and final payment applications submitted by contractors and consultants and check calculations, rates, measurements, etc.

Prepare interim valuations and payment certificates for consultants, contractors and the company.

Prepare spreadsheets and reports including valuations, certificates, proformas, cash flow forecasts, etc.

Conduct site surveys including weekly and ad-hoc site photography. Register and store soft and hard copy of site surveys and photographs on a regular basis.

Carry out measurements on site, from drawings and from the BIM model, with reference to the specifications and other contract documents in accordance with relevant standards of measurement as necessary.

Assist in updating the project risk register.

About Your Job:

The Officer Leasing will provide support to the Manager Commercial Property for the smooth functioning of the business line on a daily basis and assist in improving efficiency of various existing functions.

Specific responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the Manager in information gathering and compilation of records required for preparation of reports and other related documents.
* Input data into the property management system and ensure data is maintained and accurate.
* Produce reports and dashboards from the property management system (e.g. space allocation, availability, occupancy, rates, revenue).
* Track documents between DIA Commercial and Contracts department and/or external companies, ensure DIA Commercial have current contracts on record and historic versions are stored separately.
* Perform analysis on new contracts and contract renewals to ensure terms are commercially acceptable.
* Perform benchmarking and gather market data to ensure DIA/NDIA is maximising revenue whilst remaining competitive.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:-
* Over 7 years of experience in contract, lease and rental management
* Related University Degree or Associate degree
* Minimum of 3-5 years experience at airports/airlines either working for the airport or as a consultant.
* Experience in property management IT systems is an advantage.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Driver to join our operations based in Dubai. The main duty will be to drive vehicles safely and abide by all traffic rules & regulations

Key Tasks

•Drive all TE vehicles authorised by UAE driving licence to TE locations, workshops, delivery to / collection from customer or as instructed by Supervisor

•To portray a professional image to customers through courteous service as per TE standards

•Chauffeur duty as and when required

•Refuel vehicles and fill in required documents neatly

•Ensure all documents are properly filled and all necessary procedures followed when delivering a vehicle to the customer or at the time of movement of vehicle (NRT)

•Check vehicles at check-out and check-in in the presence of customer and document damages on vehicles, if any

•Inform management of vehicle malfunction, damages

•Carry out physical car inventory and other duties assigned by Supervisor; deliveries, pick-ups, visiting traffic department for registrations and traffic fines, tasjeel, filing, etc
