This role provides hardware software support and general IT assistance and advice specifically for, though not limited to, the staff based in venues and offices across company's International. Minimise down time of PC services by means of proactive support and regular maintenance, from upgrades and installations to cleaning and repairing. To reduce the risk of data loss or corruption by monitoring local server back-ups, and by ensuring that PCs have up-to-date virus software installed on them. To advise customers on Best Practices particularly in the retention of data, email and Internet usage and application of desktop software. To perform operational and maintenance activities on File and Print Servers and networking in accordance with procedures provided by the relevant team Manager. Support of in house proprietary EPOS and Access Control Software Taking ownership and responsibility of designated projects To complete all relevant administration tasks to help towards more efficient team working, such as call logging, calendar entries, time management and knowledge transfer.
