Digital and Social Media Coordinator Job - Digital Media, Marketing and Monitoring

Busy Digital Marketing Agency requires a dynamic person with expert knowledge in managing digital media and social media campaigns to join its expanding agency. The position requires advanced ‘business user’ knowledge of the main social media platforms and experience in running PPC campaigns. Knowledge of monitoring platforms and Google Analytics is essential. The role will be handling a number of brands in both English and Arabic.

Responsibilities:
• Create and monitor PPC campaigns across social media and other ad platforms

• Develop a plan of action for each client to determine how their social media presence will be managed

• Ensure that all clients and brands are adequately and accurately represented across multiple platforms and according to brand

• Ensure that all plans are put into action in a timely manner paying close attention to budgeted hours

• Manage and steer online discussions by monitoring social media keywords and seeking opportunities to provide appropriate responses whilst reflecting the brand

• Writing posts and providing content ideas for articles and discussion pieces for a number of brands through researching current topics of interest

• Provide weekly reporting and analysis to line manager of all action in previous week to ensure that goals and objectives are met and accounts are being handled in a manner which will ensure clients satisfaction

• Communicate with clients on a regular basis to ensure that the conversation between clients and agency is clear and progressive

• Providing reporting and analysis of the client’s social media presence as requested using qualitative and quantitative research techniques

• Keep up with new developments and updates within the social media space and proactively suggest how we can use this to benefit our clients

• Identifying new lines of business and revenue within the social media realm
