Job Description
Faculty members are responsible for providing effective instruction in one or more of the HCT's programs. Curriculum is taught to second language learners within a student-centric learning environment that fosters respect for students, their culture, and traditions. Faculty members play an important role in assisting with the development and preservation of system-wide and directorate-specific policies, and are viewed as active participants in academic and extra-curricular events at the College and within the community. The HCT's National Teaching program is a one year contract that will transition to a full-time faculty position upon successful completion of the training program. Program participants receive on the job training to complement their teaching duties. The incumbent is expected to meet training goals within the specified timelines and also completes a set of professional development courses in order to further enhance teaching skills.

A Master's Degree in a discipline related to one of HCT's program areas At least 3 years of related industry experience Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge, critical thinking and problem solving skills within a classroom environment Effective presentation skills, both theoretical and practical Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization A high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the learning environment and teaching methodology The ability to function as a team player within a multi-cultural work environment Overseas teaching/training experience to non-native English speakers is desirable

8.To take over partial responsibilities of the other Academic Officers who are on leave or vacation.

9.Track and ensure the contribution of the adjunct faculty which includes: reminding them with their dedicated teaching sessions; uploading their presentations in moodle.

10.Ensure and coordinate the availability of the facility that support the course or block at the hospital.

11.Participate in the assessment committee meetings when required or asked

12.Responsible towards continuous and final exams for the course or block which includes: collecting exam questions, formulating more than one version of the exam, preparing exam printables, arranging the required space allocated for the exams, coordinate and arrange staff supervision during the exam and collect and file the student marks.

13.Coordinate between the students’ needs and requirements and the Academic Affairs Office.

14.Communicate with other administrative staff in the Academic Affairs Office to synchronize and integrate the different courses & blocks during the semester or the phase.

15.Coordinate and liaise with clinicians and students at KFSH during the clerkship of students.

16.Manager all the block in coordinating with clinicians, block directors and course director.

Operations and Maintenance Manager (For Saudi Only) - Alfaisal University

1.Coordinates the preparation of the University’s facilities’ annual maintenance plans with the other departments and faculties and manages the implementation of these ensuring full compliance with all statutory, and health and safety requirements.

2.Analyzes and recommends the most cost-effective approach to maintenance
and renovation of the University’s facilities.

3.Develops and implements service level agreements (SLA’s) with Outsource providers and all departments / faculties so as to identify the services, terms and conditions and expected outcomes of services that will be provided to the various clients.

4.Ensures that maintenance manuals, operating procedures, usage instructions, drawings, etc. for all equipment and material are available in the department in easily retrievable and usable form.

5.Oversees the Helpdesk function and ensures a prioritization system is established for service requests, maintenance and construction projects / orders in terms of importance and make certain that the services provided are of a high quality standards.

6.Oversees the appropriate routing of trouble calls related to building maintenance and services, and develops KPI’s for their timely completion.

7.Ensures that monthly/weekly and daily work schedules for all maintenance activities are initiated and monitors its effective implementation.

8.Coordinates and monitors construction and maintenance projects with other faculties / departments to ensure University’s specifications (general cleanliness, safety, hazardous material, facility maintenance, and operational standards) are maintained.

9.Conducts regular tours and establishes inspection programs of maintenance operations to review progress and perform equipment spot checks and investigations of maintenance problems.

10.Ensures the monitoring of building control systems and coordinating the maintenance of equipment including steam producers, boilers, liquid chemicals, generators and other equipment.

11.Notifies appropriate department personnel when repairs are necessary, and assists in making repairs and switching to back-up systems when required.

12.Ensures a CMMS/CAFM system is in place that will provide for accurate and timely reporting of O&M activities and accurate costing data.

13.Responds to electrical power outages and other emergencies and works to restore services to assigned buildings through appropriate resources.

14.Identifies maintenance services to be provided by external contractors, assist in development of tender specifications, and monitor quality, KPI’s and progress of work executed by external contractors.

15.Participates in tendering procedures relating to maintenance and construction work, machinery or parts purchases.

16.Participates in the final inspection, and evaluates completed work to prepare reports on external contractor’s performance and capabilities.

What’s this role about?

Every week we put on 3-4 live Presentation all over the UK for small groups of people. They’re “info-tainment”: Fun, engaging and informative events, which generate high quality follow-up meetings.
You’ll work closely with our team. They organize all the events and fill them with delegates. You will need to handle all of the events and present them on your own.
We need to significantly increase the number of events we do to generate more meetings as the business grows. And that means a full-time role presenting live events.

You bring enthusiasm and great presenting skills; we’ll teach you the content.

How you’ll be measured
You will be measured by the percentage of meetings generated from each seminar. You know you’ve done your job properly when everyone attending the seminar happily agrees to have a meeting.

Don’t worry, it’s not high pressure. And we’ve been doing this a long time so know what the triggers are. You’ll get plenty of training and support to ensure you perform brilliantly.
You bring the attitude, and we’ll train you in any skills you’re missing.
You don’t need to be the best presenter in the world, but confident enough to perform to a high level every day

6- متابعة عقود الموظفين وتجديدها او انهاؤها في الوقت المناسب والموظفين تحت التجربة
7- التنسيق مع شركات التأمين الطبي لمتابعة طلبات الإضافة والحذف والمطالبات وحل مشاكل الموظفين المتعلقة بالتأمين
8- جميع الأعمال الأخرى المتعلقة بشؤون الموظفين والتي لم ترد في هذا الوصف
