A) OVERVIEW:
The HR Manager plans and coordinates human resources management activities of the company to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintains functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.

The H.R. Manager participates in the design of company’s policies and procedures; and formulates strategy; and set performance targets for all resources. The HR Manager shall also develop manpower budget plan; design authority metrics, performance evaluation criteria and implement HR initiatives and policies.

The HR Manager is an objective counselor and shall provide balanced opinion on organizational issues. The HR Manager should have strong relations with Executives and Managers, trust and respect employees and shares responsibility of achieving Company’s goals and targets.

B) ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
-Guides the managers and other employees in matters related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management. About the job:

The Facilities Maintenance Manager will have the overall responsibility to ensure that the facilities are fully operational with all utilities are functioning properly, the building systems and equipment are in regulatory compliance, and that relevant areas of the facilities are maintained at a high level of standards. OVERVIEW OF ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in developing the overall vision, mission and strategic direction in line with corporate strategy
• Develop the short term business plan and submit for approval
• Review and recommend the annual budget and manpower plan
• Responsible for the overall profitability
• Improve asset profitability
• Assume a full responsibility of day-to-day operational decisions
• Suggest expenses control plans, policies, and procedures and monitor their implementation
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of all reports and data required by the BOD
• Ensure opportunities to raise the business performance repudiation, are identified and fully capitalized on
• Establish and periodically analyze Key Performance Indicators and continually monitor performance against the agreed targets
• Ensure continuous development and improvement of business processes to ensure optimal use of available resources
• Ensure the implementation of policies, procedures and internal controls as set out by the Corporate
• Provide leadership and inspiration to staff, ensuring employees take pride in meeting and surpassing individual and departmental objectives
• Monitor market trend and changes as well as competitors in the market, and recommends proactive and corrective actions to mitigate risks associated with external threats
• Market company image to the local and regional business community as a professional dealer in the automotive sector

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• 10 years experience in a managerial position
• At least 5 years in a GM role in the car/ automotive sector
• A preference given to candidates with current experience internationally and in the Middle East
• Open to Arabic & Western/ EU applicants
• Fluent English communication skills

BENEFITS

• Salary should be used as a guide only and will depend on experience levels and interview performance
• As a guide, up to 50-60k SAR per month ($160k - $190k USD per annum) salary

- Technically competent to understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Service Orders.
- Able to provide detailed explanation on jobs to be carried out on vehicle.
- Provide detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost Estimate and obtain approval from customers.
- Ability to advise customers on the required vital jobs..
- Should have flair for Selling Value added Services, Service Contracts and accessories.
- Able to make every effort to resolve Customer Complaints and ensure customer has positive ownership experience.
- Regularly follow up with Workshop controller and technicians on his vehicles and update Customers regularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.
- Raise Warranty approvals
- Raise special orders for parts not available and follow up and keep customer informed.
- Prepare Invoices on DMS and arrange for Active delivery of vehicles.
- Follow up payments of credit customers and ensure collection within stipulated time.
- Regularly monitor orders raised by him and ensure timely billing.
- Conduct post service follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Senior Business Analyst Job

This position is responsible to perform business and market studies per guidelines and instructions from the head of business development department, provide the top management with market and business information required to make informed decisions. Participate with members of the management in presenting and communicating the company’s business views and plans. This position reports to the director of business development and is based in Amman - Jordan, this position will be required to travel regionally and internationally at a moderate rate to attend business meetings and meet coworkers. The company is a regional general trading and investment company headquartered in Amman - Jordan with regional offices across the middle east region, the company has business operations in the fields of real-estate, heavy machineries, vehicles and telecommunication and is currently expanding into new fields.
