Description du poste

التواصل مع مدير القسم والأشخاص المعنيين الآخرين.

إنشاء خارطة تطوير المنتج بناءً على معلومات الأشخاص المعنيين والمعرفة وملاحظات العميل وحالة سوق العمل..,

ضمان سير تطوير المنتج على الخطة المرسومة وتلبية أهداف العمل.

دعم فريق التطوير بمكملات مجالات المحتوى الجديدة المتعلقة بالمنتج.

ضمان إيصال كافة مزايا المنتج للأشخاص المعنيين بشكل فعال.

إدارة كافة الأنشطة المتعلقة بتطوير المنتج.

Liaise with the Department Manager and other stake holders.

Create and communicate Product Development Roadmap based on stakeholder input, industry knowledge, customer feedback, and market awareness.

Ensure product development is as per plan and meets business objectives.

Support the development team with the integration of new content areas in the product.

Ensure that all product features are effectively communicated to all stake holders.

Manage all activities of product development.

Compétences

شهادة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات/ التعلم الإلكتروني/ تقنيات التعليم

اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.

خلفية عن أدوات وتقنيات التعلم الإلكتروني.

خبرة في التواصل مع الأشخاص من كافة المجالات: التقنية وتطوير الأعمال والإدارة والدعم والعملاء.

المقدرة على العمل مع فرق التطوير لنقل متطلبات المستخدم إلى خطط تقنية قابلة للتنفيذ.

مهارات عالية في التواصل.

Knowledge about e-learning tools and technologies.

Experience in communicating to diversified audiences: technical, business development, management, support, and customers.

Ability to integrate with development teams to translate user requirements into actionable technical plans.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
