BMS Technical Sales Support Engineer - GCC (Leading International Building Controls Manufacturer)

As part of Cylon's growth in GCC area we wish to recruit an outstanding technical sales support engineer. You will be responsible for

• Technical support of Cylon Building Management System (BMS) at Integrators, Consultants, & End users
• Providing support to Sales function in Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and other countries in Middle East as required.
• Developing and delivering technical demonstrations and conducting training on building control products
• Developing and delivering programmed solutions and commissioning BMS and intelligent buildings
• Feeding back technical and market information on BMS to Cylon HQ

Compétences

The candidate will
- have a minimum of 3 years BMS / Building controls technical experience.
- have a solid understanding of BMS industry, HVAC equipment and demonstrated success in building control projects
- willing to travel frequently across GCC markets to provide local support for partner projects
- be able to quickly add value by identifying repeat BMS solutions
- have proven ability for technically supporting multiple customers
- ability to train and mentor other engineers
- have proven ability to contribute to a team environment.
- high level of computer literacy in an building control programming environment
- willing to travel to Dublin, Ireland for periods of 4 weeks at a time for advanced training
- have customer presentation skills and comfortable working in a pre-sales environment
- excellent verbal and written english
- have “Can do” “make it happen” attitude.

If the candidate advanced BMS skills these are an advantage, in particular
- BACnet experience
- Building Services integration
