Electrical Engineer
Sulaiman A. Al Rajhi Real Estate Investments Co.

Reports to : Project Manager

Electrical engineers design, develop and supervise the installation, operation and maintenance of electrical systems. He works on systems for the real estate applications

Electrical engineers may perform the following tasks:

•Assure construction projects are completed in compliance with drawings and specifications, within budget, and on schedule.
•Set deadlines for design and construction activities.
•This includes the responsibility for ensuring that all construction proceeds in accordance with design and contractual documents.
•Maintains good working relationships with all project contractors.
•Reviews and analyzes proposals, contracts, and change orders from consultants and contractors.
•Participates in pre-bid meetings.
•Conducts pre-construction and progress meetings during design and construction.
•Conducts walk-through and punchiest for all construction projects.
•Observe daily work operation of contractors and sub-contractors.
•An employee will also perform
other reasonably related business duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Engineering degree
- Minimum 3 years experience
