Our client is developing one of the most ambitious and exciting commercial real estate projects undertaken in the Kingdom.
The project will be covering a wide variety of usage from hotels, exhibitions, conferencing, hi-tech research facilities and automotive.
The organisation has identified the need to recruit an experienced FC, reporting directly to the CFO, to take on the responsibility for budgeting, planning, monitoring variance analysis, project cost forcasting and management reporting. You will be liasing extensively with internal departments such as marketing, project management, commercial and also a variety of external consultants.

Suitable candidates will also possess a high level of both verbal and written English and be an advanced user of excel spreadsheets.
An above salary and benefits package is on offer to the successful candidate along with first class working condidtions.

Compétences

Applications are invited from qualified Financial Controllers who hold either, ACCA, CPA or equivalent recognised relevant professional memberships.

An extensive background with property development is essential, ideally within large scale commercial mixed use big ticket projects.
