TSC/NR: Technical Support Consultant, Bahrain

Our client, a leading global software solutions company that serves the process industries has an opportunity available for a Technical Support Consultant to join their newly established team in Bahrain and cover the regional market.

Responsibilities:
• Educate customers in the use of the company’s products through onsite and public training courses.
• Provide technical support for the company’s products to the customers and internal field support staff.
• Troubleshoot a wide range of product usage and application related issues primarily through email and telephone support but occasional site visits may be required.

Compétences

• Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Strong background in the process or E&C industries.
• A knowledge and history of working in Supply Chain Management.
• Excellent English communication skills required with Arabic being an added advantage.
